Angela Harrington and her husband, Ken, have retired in Louisville, Tennessee, where they are committed to preserving the town's character while building a strong, connected community for future generations. Her background in dentistry, as a surgical hospital scrub tech and orthodontic assistant, sharpened her organization, communication, and problem solving skills she brings to public service.

As President and Treasurer of the Lowe's Ferry Property Owners Association, Angela masterfully managed budgeting, financial oversight, and open communication among residents. She worked with the Blount County Property Assessor's Office to correct common area addresses for accurate tax coding and to lower taxes on a six acre parcel of land. She also serves on the Town of Louisville Design Review Committee helping guide thoughtful development that preserves the community's character - work that has reinforced her commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of public resources.

A longtime resident of Jackson Pointe and Lowe's Ferry, Angela, brings a broad perspective on the needs of neighborhoods across Louisville. Through her work with the Lowe's Ferry community and the Town of Louisville, she has advocated for protecting property values, encouraging responsible growth, keeping taxes low without sacrificing quality of life, and ensuring local government stays accessible, transparent, and responsive.

Angela is running for Alderman to keep Louisville a place that families are proud to call home, and committed to transparency in local government, active community involvement, responsible budgeting, careful contract oversight, and preserving the values that make Louisville special.
